Actress Anne Archer lists her condo on Rhode Island’s Narragansett Bay for $1.1 million. Ms. Archer and her husband, executive producer Terry Jastrow, bought the 1,600-square-foot townhouse new in 2003. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a powder room, a wet bar and water views. (WSJ)

Las Vegas nightlife entrepreneur and real-estate developer Andrew Sasson lists his just-finished contemporary mansion in Hawaii for $21 million. The roughly 8,000-square-foot, eight-bedroom two-story contemporary house has two wings with a pool in the middle. It is located on a 25,000-square-foot lot. (WSJ)

Musician Lenny Kravitz lists a 5,717-square-foot home in Miami for $2.895 million. The 5,717-square-foot house is made of concrete. (Zillow)

“General Hospital” actor Ingo Rademacher lists Los Angeles property for $2.895 million. The 4,277-square-foot property includes a four-bedroom, three-bathroom main house and two detached rental units. (Los Angeles Times)
